After just 1500km of riding my recently purchased Yamaha XJ6, disaster struck. While accelerating out of an uphill turn, the chain suddenly snapped, leading to a devastating incident. Fortunately, there were no injuries and the bike didn't fall over as it happened at a very low speed. Unfortunately, the chain got tangled and caused significant damage, including a dent in the crankcase and several other shattered parts. In this video, I’m breaking down exactly what happened and assessing the damage. Let's see if we can fix it!
